Christian Fuchs ist ein Partner bei CMF Capital. Er arbeitet mit Verkäufern, Rechtsberatern, Investoren, Maklern und anderen Marktteilnehmern zusammen, um Transaktionen zu entwickeln und zu strukturieren. Er leitet die Projektkonzeption sowie das Transaktionsmanagement. Darüber hinaus verantwortet Christian Vermietungs- und Verkaufsstrategien.
Vor der Gründung von CMF Capital war Christian mehrere Jahre lang im Bereich Finanzmärkte in London tätig. Christian arbeitete als Volkswirt bei Mizuho International und im Währungshandel bei der Commerzbank. Christian hat einen Bachelor of European Studies der Universität Maastricht und einen Master of Public Administration an der London School of Economics and Political Science absolviert.
Christian Fuchs is a partner at CMF Capital. Christian works closely with vendors, brokers, public law and contract attorneys, investors, and other market participants to source and structure transactions on behalf of the group. He leads project conception and transaction management. Additionally, Christian manages leasing activities and aspects of asset disposition.
Prior to founding CMF Capital, Christian spent several years working in the City of London. He worked as an economist for Mizuho International and in currency markets at Commerzbank. Christian holds a Bachelor of European Studies from Maastricht University, and he completed a Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Benjamin Berman ist ein Partner bei CMF Capital. Ben verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Immobilien- und Infrastrukturinvestment und -entwicklung. Er ist für das Investitionsmanagement verantwortlich und arbeitet dazu mit den Kapitalpartnern der CMF zusammen.
Vor der Gründung von CMF Capital war Ben als Teamleiter in der Londoner Niederlassung von Ove Arup & Partners und bei der Concord Group, einer Beratungsfirma für Immobilien-Investments, in San Francisco tätig. Er stammt ursprünglich aus den USA, hat einen Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) in Urban Studies der University of Pennsylvania und einen Master of Public Administration der London School of Economics and Political Science.
Benjamin Berman is a partner at CMF Capital. Ben has more than 15 years' experience in the real estate and infrastructure investment and development sectors. Ben primarily is responsible for investment management on behalf of the group, and he leads the CMF’s foreign investment partnerships.
Prior to founding CMF Capital, Ben led teams in the London office of Ove Arup & Partners and in the San Francisco office of The Concord Group, a real estate investment consultancy. Originally from the United States, Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Urban Studies and History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Philip Borowiec ist Projektleiter bei CMF Capital. Als technischer Leiter verantwortet Phil die architektonischen und technischen Aspekte sowie das Projektmanagement. Darüber hinaus ist Phil für die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und ESG-Konformität der Projekte aus technischer Sicht verantwortlich. Phil verfügt dank seiner langjährigen Tätigkeit in diesem Sektor über umfassende Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Büro- und Gewerbeimmobilien.
Vor seinem Wechsel zu CMF Capital war Phil Associate Director in der Berliner Niederlassung von WeWork und mehr als zehn Jahre lang in den Niederlassungen von Ove Arup & Partners in Berlin, London und Madrid tätig. Phil kommt aus Großbritannien und ist amtlich geprüfter Ingenieur mit Fachkompetenz im Bereich Brandschutztechnik (Ceng MIFE). Phil hat einen Master of Engineering (MEng) in Bau- und Umwelttechnik von der Universität Edinburgh (First Class Honours).

As CMF Capital’s technical lead, Phil oversees the architectural, engineering, construction, and other project management aspects of project delivery. Phil additionally is responsible for assuring of developments’ sustainability and ESG compliance from a technical perspective.
Prior to joining CMF Capital, Phil worked as an associate director in WeWork‘s Berlin office and for more than ten years in the Berlin, London, and Madrid offices of Ove Arup & Partners. Originally from the United Kingdom, Phil is a chartered engineer with an expertise in fire engineering (CEng MIFE). Phil holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Edinburgh (first class honours).

The CMF Group and its associated family business have been active in the German market for many generations. CMF Capital works closely with our sister firm, CMF + Partner, an integrated “general planner” of 25+ design and construction specialists. Our group invests via a related family holding that has been active since before the turn of the 20th Century. We value our professional relationships, and we rely upon a stable network of advisors, consultants, contractors, and partners, all identified through decades of practice.
